All providers associated with HHC are independent health care professionals who have each had a strong and sustained interested and expertise in the care of headache patients.

Meet Your Provider
Dr. Trimble is a board certified family physician with a special interest in headaches and chronic pain. She is a native of Frankfort, Kentucky and attended college at the University of Kentucky. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from UK with bachelor degrees in Communications, Chemistry and Biology.
She attended the University of Kentucky College of Medicine on scholarship and completed her residency training at the University of Cincinnati/Christ Hospital. In addition, she is currently part-time faculty at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine where she participates in the education of future physicians.
Dr. Trimble is an active member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the American Headache Society, and the International Headache Society. Also, she is an associate member of the American Academy of Neurology.
Her favorite aspect of being a doctor is the ability of medicine and empathy to transform the lives of those it touches.

Dr. Cole is a clinical and health psychologist. He is a Kentucky native and received his undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Kentucky, his Masters in Clinical Psychology at Eastern Kentucky University, and his Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. He completed a clinical and health psychology residency at the Biloxi VA Medical Center in Biloxi, MS.
Afterwards, he completed a fellowship in health psychology and pain management at Sun Coast Pain Management Center in Ocean Springs, MS. He served as adjunct faculty at the University of South Mississippi and at the clinical and health psychology residency program of the Biloxi VA Medical Center.
Dr. Cole is a founding board member and current president of the Kentucky Pain Society and the former Secretary of the Southern Pain Society. He is also a member of the Kentucky Sleep Society, Kentucky Psychological Association, American Psychological Association, and American Society for Bariatric Surgery. He specializes in headaches, TMJ disorders, sleep psychology, pain management, and bariatrics.
Dr. Maxon Love, DMD

Dr. Love is general and reconstructive dentist with two decades of clinical experience. In 1991, he graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He utilizes both occlusion and comprehensive dentistry in evaluating a patient’s causes of headache pain. Special focuses of his practice include TMJ disorders, headaches, and orofacial pain.
Dr. Love was a past president and is a current member of the Bluegrass Dental Study Club, as he values the challenge of keeping current with the most recent developments in dentistry. He is also an active participant of the Dawson Center for Occlusion in St Petersburg, Florida. Dr. Love’s philosophy of care integrates the application of complete dentistry in the full treatment of a patient's global health and well-being.
